ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN A BUSINESS AND CONSUMER FOR THE SALE OF GOODS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of Right Deals. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Use of Right Deals is an acceptance in agreement of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Contract / Definitions
1.1 "The Company" shall mean Global Procurement and Marketing Limited whose registered office is at Burnley Business Centre, Suite 106, Empire Way, Burnley, BB12 6HH. Registered in the United Kingdom under Company number: 11079063
1.2 "The customer" shall mean any person or persons, firm, company or corporation who buys or agrees to buy goods from the company.
1.3 We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted by us only when the goods are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.
2. Conditions Applicable
2.1 Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by the Company. All conditions of the Customer or other terms and conditions or warranties whatsoever are excluded from the contract or any variation thereof unless expressly accepted by the Company in writing, and these terms and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated in any quotation received from the Company and the Customer's own conditions shall not be regarded as a counter offer.
2.2 The exercise by the Company of any right pursuant to these Terms and Conditions shall be without prejudice to any other right available to it whether hereunder or under general law.
3. Quotations
3.1 The Customer acknowledges that no contract was entered into in reliance on any representations other than those incorporated in the Company's quotation and these Conditions, and particularly no catalogue or price list shall form part of the contract documents.
3.2 A quotation by the Company shall not constitute an offer and there shall be no binding contract until the Company has confirmed acceptance of the order placed by the Customer.
3.3 Unless otherwise specifically stated, all prices quoted by the Company are exclusive of Value Added Tax, which shall be due at the rate in force at the date of the Company's invoice to the Customer.
3.4 Quotations assume the accuracy of information provided by the Customer and are not valid in the event of any information supplied to the Company being incomplete, inaccurate or misleading. Any modifications to specifications required after the Company has provided a quote may entail an extra charge being raised at a reasonable rate having regard to the nature of the modification.
4. Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been described accurately. However, orders will only be processed if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.
5. Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on submit during the ordering process.
If an error is noticed thereafter, contact us immediately by email and we can make suitable arrangements.
6. Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
7. Acknowledgement of your order
To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
8. Price & Payment Terms
8.1 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.
8.2 Where it is not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the price indicated, we will advise you by email, and offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the email and will state in the email the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.
8.3 We will take payment upon receipt of your order from your credit or debit card. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
9 Delivery, Delivery Charges and Title
9.1 We shall deliver the goods in accordance with your order. A valid signature will be required on collection or delivery. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within 7 days of the date of despatch (or where you have requested a delayed dispatch within 21 days of the requested dispatch date), you must notify us immediately.
9.2 Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered, our delivery charges are set out at checkout based and clearly displayed.
9.3 You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.
9.4 We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.
9.5 If you ask us to deliver the goods to any other address other than the Billing or Delivery Address supplied on the order then we are not liable for any damage or loss of product as this is against the couriers terms and conditions, this means that you are solely liable for all costs incurred due to damage or loss.
9.6 If you ask us to deliver the goods without a signature examples of which are but not exhaustive, please leave in porch, or please leave in garages then we are not liable for any damage or loss of product as this is against the couriers terms and conditions, this means that you are solely liable for all costs incurred due to damage or loss.
9.7 When we deliver the goods the goods must be signed for by a resident of the Billing or Delivery address supplied on the order you placed, we do not accept any liability for goods signed for by anybody else.
9.8 Goods must be signed for by persons over the age of 18 we do not accept any liability for goods signed for any person under the age of 18.
9.9 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
10. Cancellation, Termination and Returns
Your Cancellation rights
10.1 Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 60 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
10.2 Should you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email to aftersales@gpmfurniture.co.uk we will notify you of the return details and returns numbers required.
10.3 If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk, these goods must be returned unopened and undamaged. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
10.4 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, and we have either received the goods back or, if earlier, received evidence that you have sent the goods back, we will refund any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card within 14 calendar days.
10.5 We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation or using a courier that is not suitable for the items returned). If the goods are returned damaged you will be liable for the costs of making right and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of this from the amount due back to you.
10.6 In particular, the Company reserves the right to charge a 30% handling charge for goods which have been ordered as a special, bespoke item and is not a normal stocking item for the company. The company may incur losses due to goods being ordered as a special, the company only looks to cover the cost of this and does not profit from this.
10.7 The Company reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of goods which are required to conform with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements. If you are dissatisfied with the product due to any points stated in this section of the Terms & Conditions, you are entitled to a full refund.
10.8 If your order is subject to a Claimback made by the bank or the card issuer we reserve the right to challenge this and if the company believe the claim is of fraudulent reason we may choose to pursue you for costs that the company incur and loss of sales that this claimback has caused
10.9 We may suspend further supply or delivery, stop any goods in transit or terminate our contract by notice in writing to you if you are in breach of an obligation hereunder or you become unable to pay your debts when they fall due or proceedings are commenced by or against you alleging bankruptcy or insolvency. Upon termination, your indebtedness to us becomes immediately due and payable and we shall be under no further obligation to supply goods to you.
All returns are sent back at the buyers cost unless faulty where the company will choose to replace or issue a refund.
10.10 We make every effort to describe products accurately we cannot accept liability for errors or if slight variations in the actual goods occur, we will provide a full refund if you are dissatisfied. You are responsible for the cost of return postage or delivery.
10.11 All returns must have a valid authorisation code prior to return and be conducted by e-mail as per condition 8.2

10.12 Goods that are received damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This is a stipulation of the insurance cover in place with our carrier. We will either exchange them or provide a full refund, this will be provided at our cost. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10.13 The company will not refund any carriage charges incurred by the customer unless the costs incurred are by direct fault of the company or for reasons mentioned in section 8.2
10.14 In any case were Right Deals UK to agree to arrange a collection for unwanted goods there will be a collection charge of £30.00, payable by the customer before a collection can be arranged. In this instance the refund will be processed once items are collected and returned by our courier. Collections to be arranaged for larger or multiple items where the price succeeds £30.00 will be priced and quoted by Right Deals UK dependant on size, weight and location.
10.14.1 We reserve the right to refuse collection on any items that have been partially or fully assembled and are not in their original packaging.
Cancellation by us
10.15 We reserve the right not to process your order if:
10.15.1 We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
10.15.2 We do not deliver to your area
10.15.3 One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
10.16 If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
11. Cancellation, Termination and Returns
11.1 Subject as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions and except where goods are sold or services provided to a person dealing as consumer within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law.
11.2 All warranty times are governed solely by the manufacturers terms and conditions.
11.3 All our products carry a standard 3 Month guarantee unless stated otherwise, The Company may at its discretion extend or shorten this warranty in line with the Manufacturers terms.
12. Liability
12.1 Unless agreed otherwise, if you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them and decide to cancel the order rather than re-arrange delivery (in accordance with clause 11), we will provide you with a full refund. If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in line with the terms and conditions set out under Cancellation, Termination and Returns.
12.2 We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
12.3 Furthermore, we do not accept liability for any losses related to any business of yours including but not limited to: lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
12.4 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
12.5 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
You have certain rights as a consumer including legal rights (e.g. under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended)) relating to faulty and/or misdescribed goods.
13. Force Majeure
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
14. General
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
15. VAT
Where the company is registered for VAT purposes the company will charge VAT at the current rate laid down by english law. Goods not subject to VAT are exempt.
16. Age Requirements for Specific Goods
Where the law requires a minimum age limit for the purchase of specific goods, you confirm that you are over the required age limit and the person that will accept delivery is over the required age limit.
17. Voucher Code and Discount Coupons
17.1 Offer entitles you to a discount online at rightdealsuk.co.uk only.
17.2 Discount codes run for a minimum of 24hrs, we reserve the right to end any discount or voucher codes at any time totally at our discretion.
17.3 This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
17.4 This discount is not available for the purchase of gift vouchers or gift cards or for paying customer accounts, and there can be no cash alternative.
17.5 If we offer a FREE DELIVERY code this is restricted to Zones A&B only unless specifically detailed. Details on Zones A&B can be found on our Delivery and Carriage Information Page.
18. Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at Global Procurement and Marketing Ltd, Suite 106, Burnley Business Centre, Empire Way, Burnley, Lancashire, BB12 6HH and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.
19. Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
20. Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and any actions should be conducted through the Court of Blackburn, Lancashire, England.
21. Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
22. Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
23. Third party rights
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
24.Damage to your computer
We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Global Procurement and Marketing Limited. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission.
